"I am deeply hurt and disappointed in this agency. I have been a customer for five and a half years. After receiving my policy, I was unaware of the riders and benefits. Some time later, I got sick and was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. Because I was unaware of the what all my policy included, I had a bunch of claims at one time. As you can imagine, in and out of the hospital, multiple surgeries, treatments, etc.. The manager, Anna, told me not to email her and yelled in email. However, I apologized and spoke to the State Farm corporate office who literally said it was their job and it's included in the service. How do I have a policy I pay for, am unaware of the policy benefits, and going to be condemned for claims that I was sick from? I've dealt with enough! Instead of empathy and compassion, and me even asking for assistance or to be redirected, I was told I had a lot of claims and "they didn't have the staff or manpower". How are you an office trying to keep up with sales and business but can't handle a client? Anna the office manager yelled at me through email (see attached) and said they are not claims reimbursement specialists, examiners, etc (never once did I think that). I just submitted claims. I was fond of Gil and referred many people here. He called me back and said it's not personal, it's business and they want me to find another agency. He also showed that I wasn't cared for as a client but a number. I am appalled I did not even receive an apology and was told I had so many claims over these past few years. Can you imagine how I feel already dealing with this diagnosis and to have that thrown in my face, like I asked for this? I thought he would of been more understanding, and Anna was in the background yelling. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE. THEY EVEN SAID TO FIND AN OFFICE THAT CAN HELP TAKE BETTER CARE OF ME. I am so hurt and appalled and I NEVER do reviews but even State Farm apologized for the way I was treated and I have reported them everywhere. You are in the customer service industry and that is literally your job! You do not talk to people and treat them that way. You would of thought I would of been serviced better being a long standing customer and sending referrals but I am disgusted and hurt.Please know you got the right one because I posted your screenshot and reporting you to your corporate office! Also, I was hung up on when I asked for an apology for how I was spoken to. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE ARE OTHER AGENTS THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU AND TAKE CARE OF YOU WITH GENUINE GOODNESS AND CARE!"
